OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
